New RRCA State Representative
As of February 1, 2005, Phil Lang, of the Howard County Striders, has taken on the job of Road Runners Club of America State Representative for Maryland.

Phil is looking forward to seeing many Maryland runners at the MDRRCA 10-Mile Challenge race in Columbia on February 20th, and is particularly hopeful of seeing all Maryland running club presidents at the Annual MDRRCA Club Presidents meeting which will take place after the race.
